This does not mean zero cost.  High quality water does cost money, but it is a relatively low cost for most people.

There is already a lot of free training and education available on the Internet.  But, we believe that much of it is like muddy water.  Better than no water, but not very desirable.  We believe everyone should have access to high quality training, at a very affordable cost.

U-Learn 24/7 believes the key to the elevation of the human race is high quality and effective training and education.  We believe all human beings should have access to these vital and necessary resources at a price they can afford.
