U-Learn 24/7 Inc.(UL247) is a privately held company. UL247 supplies proprietary training to a variety of clients.  This is UL247’s first foray into offering training to the general public.

UL247 has developed and acquired the technology to create and deliver on-line tests and training very cost effectively. UL247’s training is integrated with the tests in such a way to create what we call “Dynamic Training”.  This means the student only needs to take training on topics he or she doesn’t already know.  On-line dynamic training may be the most efficient training ever devised. (see “The Ideal Training Program”) thanks to the modern technologies that have enabled companies like Google, Ebay, and Skype to deliver heretofore unheard of services.

One of the important components of UL247’s system is a proprietary Learning Management System (LMS) that is integrated with other IT systems.

UL247 is creating a library of generic software training including many of the Office software packages, both in the Microsoft and Open Office formats.  The U-Learn 24/7 Club is the first market test to see what the general public might want in the way of dynamic on-line training.

UL247 is actively seeking partners to work with to satisfy other training opportunities.  UL247 works with partners who have expertise in other vertical markets to create and sell appropriate training in these markets.  The partner locates SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and markets and sells the training.   UL247 develops and delivers the training.  Both sides invest their own assets in their portion of the partnership.  The revenues and profits are then shared.
